Produced exclusively from organically farmed vineyards in Penedès, it reflects the precision, tradition and long ageing that define the Juvé & Camps philosophy.

Produced from carefully selected Xarel·lo, Pinot Noir and Garnacha, the wine undergoes a minimum of 30 months ageing on the lees, allowing it to develop exceptional finesse, complexity and beautifully integrated bubbles. The absence of dosage preserves the purity of the fruit and the authentic expression of the vineyard, resulting in a fresh, vibrant and mineral-driven sparkling wine.

On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of wild strawberries, red currants and rose petals, evolving into elegant pastry notes and subtle toasted nuances. The palate is dry, fresh and beautifully balanced, with an exceptionally fine mousse, lively acidity and a long, refined finish.
