Description
Raventós i Blanc De Nit Rosado | Conca del Riu Anoia
Organic
Raventós i Blanc De Nit Rosado is a beautifully balanced sparkling rosé crafted in the Conca del Riu Anoia, offering both elegance and approachability. Made using the traditional method, it reflects the winery’s focus on terroir, precision and minimal intervention.
A blend of native varieties with a touch of Monastrell for colour and character, this wine brings together freshness, structure and subtle fruit expression. The short skin contact gives it its delicate pale pink hue and refined aromatic profile.
On the nose, it reveals fresh red berries, wild strawberry and floral notes, with a subtle citrus lift. The palate is dry, fresh and elegant, with fine bubbles, lively acidity and a smooth, clean finish.
This is a versatile sparkling rosé that works just as well as an aperitif as it does at the table.

About the Producer
Raventós i Blanc is one of Spain’s most historic and visionary wine estates, with roots dating back to 1497. The Raventós family has been cultivating vineyards in the Penedès for over 20 generations, making them one of the longest-standing winegrowing families in Europe.
In 1872, Josep Raventós produced the first traditional method sparkling wine in Spain, laying the foundation for what would later become cava. In pursuit of greater authenticity and terroir expression, the estate later left the D.O. Cava to establish its own classification — Conca del Riu Anoia — focused entirely on origin, sustainability and quality.
All grapes are estate-grown and cultivated under organic and biodynamic practices, with careful attention to soil, microclimate and vineyard selection. The wines are crafted with minimal intervention and aged patiently to develop depth, elegance and balance.
Today, Raventós i Blanc is recognised as a benchmark producer of terroir-driven sparkling wines, offering refined alternatives to Champagne while staying true to its Mediterranean identity.
