Almarina Blanco is a bright and refreshing white wine produced by Dehesa El Carrascal in the high-altitude vineyards of Castilla-La Mancha. Made from an equal blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, it combines vibrant fruit, crisp acidity and an easy-drinking style that makes it perfect for any occasion.

The vineyards are planted between 800 and 900 meters above sea level, where warm sunny days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving their natural freshness. This difference in temperature helps create expressive aromas and lively acidity, giving the wine excellent balance.

Before fermentation, the grapes undergo a unique cold maceration using carbonic snow to gently extract the aromatic compounds from the skins. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving the wine’s fresh fruit character and vibrant aromas.

On the nose, Almarina Blanco displays aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and freshly cut herbs. The palate is crisp, refreshing and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity and a clean finish that invites another glass.

Whether enjoyed as an aperitif or served with seafood, salads or light Mediterranean dishes, Almarina Blanco is an uncomplicated wine that delivers plenty of freshness and flavour.
