Description
Capricho DiVino Semisweet| DO Manchuela, Spain
Organic
Vegan
Capricho DiVino is a beautifully aromatic Spanish white from Vega Tolosa, made from 85% Viognier and 15% Muscat in DO Manchuela.
This is the kind of white wine that wins you over before you even take the first sip. Viognier brings ripe peach, apricot and a soft, generous texture, while the touch of Muscat lifts everything with its wonderfully fragrant floral and citrus character.
On the palate, it is fresh yet rounded, with juicy stone fruit, hints of tropical fruit and delicate blossom. The combination of the two grapes gives it plenty of aroma and flavour without making it heavy or overly sweet — it remains fresh, balanced and very easy to enjoy.
It is a particularly good choice if you enjoy aromatic whites and want something a little different from the usual Sauvignon Blanc or Verdejo. Chill it well, open it with some seafood or spicy food, and it is dangerously easy to finish the bottle.

About the Producer
Vega Tolosa is a family winery based in Casas-Ibáñez, in the heart of DO Manchuela, with a winemaking history dating back to 1905. Today, the fifth generation of the Tolosa family continues the story, combining more than a century of family tradition with modern winemaking and a strong commitment to organic viticulture.
Their vineyards sit at around 700 metres above sea level, where plenty of Spanish sunshine during the day is balanced by significantly cooler nights. These conditions help the grapes develop ripe, expressive flavours while retaining the freshness that is so important in the finished wines.
Vega Tolosa is particularly passionate about Bobal, Manchuela’s historic native red variety, but its range also demonstrates how well other grapes can perform in this distinctive landscape. The winery’s approach is very much about combining tradition with experimentation — creating wines with personality while protecting the vineyards for future generations.
