Abad Dom Bueno Godello is a fresh and expressive white wine from DO Bierzo, crafted by Bodega del Abad using 100% Godello, one of Spain’s most exciting native white grape varieties. Produced in the village of Valtuille de Arriba, it reflects the mineral soils and Atlantic influence that have made Bierzo a rising star for premium white wines.

The grapes come from vineyards with an average age of 25 years, planted on clay soils rich in slate and quartzite at around 550 metres above sea level. After being harvested and carefully selected by hand, the wine ferments with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks before spending three months ageing on its fine lees. This gentle ageing adds texture while preserving the freshness and purity of the fruit.

On the nose, Abad Dom Bueno Godello offers aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit and tropical notes. The palate is fresh, balanced and beautifully structured, with vibrant acidity, subtle minerality and a clean, persistent finish that makes it incredibly versatile at the table.
